E-commerce Operations Assistant

I need a reliable VA (preferably female) to handle operations for my e-commerce business.

?? Note: If your ONLY experience is customer service, this role is not for you. I need someone who has handled operations tasks — tracking, uploading, organizing systems, coordinating with teams.

We sell physical products (pain relief niche) through direct response funnels. We will be testing new products and funnels regularly.

You'll keep everything running: tracking, uploading, organizing, and communicating with the team (editors) so I can focus on strategy.

What you're gonna do:
- Tracking ads: Pasting metrics into Google sheets.
- Ad Uploads: Download creatives from Drive, upload to Meta, schedule launches.
- Customer Service: Reply to customers (email), handle refunds, track issues, keep tickets organized. (This will be outsourced later — only needed at the beginning.)
- Fulfillment: Process daily orders through our supplier platform.
- Comment Moderation: Hide negative comments, reply to questions on our ads.
- Updating pages: Replace copy and images on simple page templates (no design, just plug & play).
- Hiring: Send messages to applicants, track responses on sheets.
- And newer tasks as we grow.

What I expect from you:
- VA / E-commerce experience: You've worked as a VA in e-commerce or dropshipping before. You understand orders, customer issues, you know how to stay organized.
- Customer support experience: You've handled customer emails before.
- Ops-minded: You love systems, checklists, and keeping things organized.
- Attention to detail: Naming conventions, tracking sheets, settings — no careless mistakes.
- Problem solving: You can handle small issues on your own without asking every step.
- Advanced English
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager (uploading ads, not strategy)
- Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar

Bonus:
- Experience with dropshipping specifically

Pay:
- $ ---------- /month based on experience, paid weekly
