Graphic Desginer For Gift Brand

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand producing personalized products (printed and manufactured in-house).
We’re looking for a high-level Graphic Designer who can create beautiful design systems, multiple product variations, and professional-looking product visuals (mockups/product images) — consistently, every day.

This is not a “simple Canva designer” job.
We need someone with strong taste, speed, and the ability to work independently.
What You’ll Be Creating

You will create complete design for personalized products such as:

mugs

shirts

plaques

printed gifts

custom products with names, text, images, etc.

For each product, you will produce:
multiple design variations
clean, production-ready template layouts
high-quality realistic mockups (professional-looking)
files and assets prepared for personalization

Responsibilities (High-Level)
1) Design Research & Style Direction

Review competitor bestsellers

Identify winning design styles

Suggest concepts and improvements

2) Create Multiple Design Variations

Create several strong designs per product

Maintain clean typography, spacing, alignment, and consistent style

Build variations that look like premium e-commerce products

3) Create Realistic Product Mockups

Generate or create mockups that look like professional product photography

Ensure the mockups look realistic (lighting, angles, texture)

4) Prepare Templates for Personalization

Build templates that allow personalization (text, name, image upload)

Ensure layouts are clean, functional, and preview-ready

5) Tracking & Workflow Management

Track each product in Google Sheets (templates, mockups, progress, links)

Work with daily output targets (KPIs)

? Requirements (Important)

We’re looking for someone who is:

Strong graphic design skills (layout, typography, composition)
Fast and consistent with daily output
High attention to detail (realism + clean design)
Self-motivated and independent (you won’t get step-by-step instructions)
Organized (comfortable tracking work in Google Sheets)

Tools

You should be comfortable using:

Canva (or similar design tool)

AI tools for mockups/product visuals (experience preferred)

Google Sheets for tracking

(We’ll provide training on our personalization workflow for the right candidate.)

Language Note

Our store is in Hebrew, so designs will need Hebrew text placement.
(We can help with translations — not an issue.)

Performance / KPIs

This is a production role — we need consistent output.
You will work with clear KPIs (products completed per week, variations per product, mockups per product, etc.)
