This is NOT a basic video editor or social media posting job.
I run a real estate company and I’m building a content system that turns video into qualified leads across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and our website.
I need one person who can think, plan, write, post, and optimize content end-to-end.
Your Main Responsibilities (Non-Negotiable)
Research content ideas & local market pain points
Write scripts (property tours, market updates, authority videos)
Create strong hooks (first 3–10 seconds)
Break long videos into short clips (Reels, Shorts, Stories)
Publish content on all platforms
Post videos + scripts on the company website
Handle full website SEO (content & on-page)
Optimize titles, thumbnails, watch-time & retention
Skills Required
Content strategy & storytelling
Video & platform SEO (not blog SEO only)
Comfortable managing content from idea to posting
Tools you may use:
CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, vidIQ, Meta tools, CMS/SEO tools.
Nice to Have (Big Plus)
Experience with real estate or high-ticket services
Understanding of buyer intent (not viral content)

A luxury property has been on the market for 60 days.
