Senior Amazon & Multi-Marketplace Manager (Expert Level • Remote)

We are a U.S.-based e-commerce seller seeking a highly experienced, long-term Amazon expert to independently run our Amazon, eBay, and multi-marketplace operations. This is a senior-level role for someone who has fully managed Amazon accounts before and can take ownership of the entire channel.
You will be responsible for all Amazon operations plus our eBay store and the setup/management of additional marketplaces. This is a standalone position requiring strong experience, excellent English, and proven stability in previous roles.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon
• Run all Amazon operations independently (FBM order flow, shipping accuracy, customer messaging).
• Create & optimize listings, SEO, keywords, and A+ content.
• Monitor pricing, Buy Box, suppressed listings, and account health.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and review management.
• Ensure full compliance with Amazon policies.
• Light sourcing research.

eBay & Other Marketplaces
• Manage our eBay store: listings, pricing, SEO, promotions, and customer service.
• Set up, launch, and grow additional platforms (e.g., Walmart, Etsy, TikTok Shop, etc.).
• Ensure consistent branding and performance across all channels.

Systems & Tools
• Must have experience using Flxpoint or similar automation systems.
• Use listing tools, repricers, analytics, and marketplace apps to improve performance.
• Maintain accurate catalog and inventory syncing across all platforms.

Reporting & Growth
• Provide weekly sales and performance updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve listings, pricing, and expansion.

Requirements
• Expert-level Amazon Seller Central (FBM-focused) experience (5+ years).
• Long-term tenure in prior roles
• Strong eBay experience.
• Experience setting up new third-party marketplaces.
• Proficient in Flxpoint or similar marketplace automation systems.
• Strong English communication; highly organized and reliable.
• Ability to work independently and manage the entire department solo.

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST
