Job Description:
We're a growing e-commerce team looking for a seasoned Zendesk professional to join us long-term! This role is perfect for someone who loves helping customers and takes pride in accuracy.
What You'll Do:
Manage customer tickets in Zendesk (subscription-based e-commerce)
Follow established response flows with precision
Handle subscription cancellations, order inquiries, delivery updates, refund requests
Recognize escalation triggers and respond appropriately
Check customer history before every response — accuracy over speed
Requirements (Must-Have):
3+ years of hands-on Zendesk experience (essential)
Experience with subscription management platforms (Seal, Loop, Recharge, or similar)
Detail-oriented — follows step-by-step processes without skipping
Excellent English reading comprehension
Looking for a long-term role, not a short-term gig
