Expected Start Date: February 2026

ROLE OVERVIEW

Series Media Company is a growing e-commerce business specializing in wholesale product sales on Amazon in both the USA and UK markets. We operate using an objective-driven model where success is measured by the quality and quantity of profitable products identified rather than hours logged.

We are seeking a high-performing researcher to identify wholesale products suitable for repeat purchasing (replenishables) that meet our strict ROI and velocity criteria. You will have the freedom to manage your own schedule provided weekly product acquisition targets are consistently met.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES

-Product Research and Analytics: Identify a minimum of 25 high-quality product leads per week that meet our Ideal Product Analysis criteria, specifically a BSR of 1,000 to 150,000 and 35% or higher ROI.

-Conversion Target: Maintain a conversion rate where at least 10% of your weekly leads result in approved purchases of at least 12 units per product.

- Supplier Vetting and Relationship Building: Ensure all products are sourced domestically (USA) currently from vetted wholesale suppliers and are ready for immediate shipment.

- Performance Reporting: Track the performance of our standard 12-unit test and current listed product purchases to recommend which products should be scaled to a full monthly velocity of 60 to 100 units per month.

-Inventory Monitoring: Monitor stock levels for active products to ensure on-time replenishments and prevent stockouts that could impact sales velocity and Buy Box eligibility.

-Data Integrity: Use Keepa and BuyBot Pro to validate historical price stability, sales velocity, and seller rotation patterns.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

-Tool Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Keepa, specifically Sales Rank drops, Buy Box stability, price history analysis, and competitor behaviour. Proficiency with BuyBot Pro for profit calculations. AI proficiency for research automation, data analysis, and workflow optimization.
-Proven Experience: Demonstrable history in Amazon Wholesale or Online Arbitrage sourcing with verifiable results.
-Analytical Mindset: Ability to calculate net profit after FBA fees, shipping costs, supplier price fluctuations, and Amazon's referral fees.
-Self-Directed: Ability to work independently without traditional hourly work expectations, focusing entirely on hitting product targets and quality standards.

SELECTION PROCESS & PAID TEST

1. Application Review: Verification of experience and tool proficiency.
2. Initial Video Interview: Discussion of research methodology and approach to product analysis.
3. Paid Skills Assessment (2 Weeks):
-Task: Identify and analyse 10 products from vetted USA suppliers.
-Criteria: Products must be ready for shipment and meet all profit and ROI targets.
-Compensation: Paid assessment period.
-Outcome: Successful completion leads to a permanent offer.

PERFORMANCE BONUS STRUCTURE

Performance bonuses are awarded based on:

-Conversion rate exceeding 15% (above the 10% minimum requirement).
-Identification of high-velocity products that scale beyond 100 units per month.
-Consistent weekly target achievement over 90-day periods.
