I’m looking for someone who lives and breathes performance.

Someone who can:

Be in my DMs daily (especially UK mornings from 8am and evenings uk from 6/7pm)

Book calls, not just start conversations

Use common sense in a conversation - not just follow a script blindly

NOT USE CHAT GPT TO RESPOND TO PEOPLE

Own their role. Bring ideas. Move fast.

Fluent English - written and spoken

Ready to hit the ground running - no handholding

High work ethic - consistent and responsive

7 days a week — weekends and evenings included

If you’ve got DM sales or coaching VA experience, even better.

5 day trial to start.
Full-time if you're a good fit.

UK time zone essential.
KPIs weekly. Performance expected.

I need A players!
Not people that just send messages and think jobs done!

Flat rate salary plus UNCAPPED bonus for calls booked and closed
