Account Manager/Customer Success Manager

Job Title: Account Manager – Vertex360 Software

Location: Remote (Melbourne Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Weekends Off)

Salary: PHP 35,000 – 50,000 per month (based on experience, qualifications, and interview)

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to manage clients using Vertex360 software. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption of the software, and driving client success.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Guide clients through Vertex360 onboarding and training.

Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.

Advocate for clients internally and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.

Analyze client usage and performance data to provide actionable insights.

Resolve client inquiries or issues promptly.

Develop and implement client success plans aligned with client goals.

Monitor industry trends to improve adoption and satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Maintain trust-based client relationships and collect feedback.

Deliver seamless onboarding and training experiences.

Execute personalized success plans and monitor milestones.

Provide timely resolution to client concerns.

Represent client interests internally.

Follow compliance standards and engage in professional development.

Requirements:

Experience in account management or client success, preferably with Vertex360 software.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple clients efficiently.

Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach.

Available to work Melbourne hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) remotely.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Fixed schedule, weekends off

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: PHP 35,000 – 50,000 per month

Commissions on top of base salary (performance-based)
