CSR for Broadband, TV and Mobile Account

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers and troubleshooting mobile issues over the phone. This is a leading US Telecommunications company hence, this is a night shift job and it is based in Ortigas, Pasig City

What we need for the role:
· Good command of English communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Candidates should have completed at least 1st-year college
· No Call Center experience required
· High school graduate accepted but should have atleast 6 months call center experience
· Bachelor's Degree graduates are welcome to apply
· Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
· Willing to work in rotating/shifting/night shift schedule
