Role Overview
Your primary responsibility is to maintain and continuously improve our Shopify based e-commerce website
and social media, while executing various digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Management (Product): Update product listings, copy, titles, bullets, images, keywords. Help with SEO
improvements
• Content Management (Non-Product): Create blog posts, promotional
brand messaging. Manage distribution of content via social media posts and
• Shopify Store Maintenance: respond to and resolve issues like Inventory, reviews, alerts, customer messages etc.
• Working with in-house Graphic Designers to follow-up on creation of images / videos / infographics.
• Working with outsourced Content Creators and Influencers to push content creation and posting.
•
• Google and Meta Ads Monitoring. Build and manage campaigns on Google, Meta and other platforms. Track sales
trends, sessions, conversion, ad-spend and give weekly reports.
• Do keyword research, checking competitor activity and competitor price research
• Managing coupons, promotions, deals and seasonal pushes
• Communicate clearly with US based supervisor / manager, follow SOPs, meet deadlines
Qualifications:
• Good English, fast learner, organized and detail oriented.
• Experience with running Social Media campaigns, using Google or Meta Ads.
• Shopify store management and growth experience.
• Comfortable with Spreadsheets, Dashboards and Reporting.
• MUST HAVE Stable internet connection and can work in US hours if needed
