Lead Generation Specialist (Credit Repair & Financial Services)
Part-Time | Remote | Performance Bonuses | Growth to Full-Time
We are a growing financial services company seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to support outbound lead generation and referral partnerships for our credit repair business.
This role is not an executive assistant or admin position. We are specifically looking for someone experienced (or highly capable) in outreach-based lead generation for service businesses.
What You’ll Be Doing
Outbound outreach to potential referral partners and affiliates, including:
Real estate agents
Tax professionals
Insurance agents
Auto dealerships
Local businesses and influencers who serve credit-challenged audiences
Reaching out to past clients and warm contacts for referrals
Contacting social media influencers to offer partnerships, referral incentives, or promotional collaborations
Tracking outreach and organizing leads based on clear criteria provided by our team
Supporting ongoing lead generation campaigns focused on qualified leads, not volume only
Experience We’re Looking For
Required:
Experience in outbound lead generation, cold/warm outreach, or partnership building
Comfortable initiating conversations via
Strong written English and professional communication skills
Strong Plus (Not Required):
Credit repair, tax, insurance, real estate, or financial services lead generation experience
Affiliate or referral-based marketing experience
Prior work generating leads for service-based businesses (not e-commerce only)
Tools are not required — we provide training and systems.
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time to start: approximately 20 hours per week
Hourly rate: competitive and based on experience
We welcome candidates seeking $4–$5/hour for part-time work, with room to increase based on performance
Performance-based bonuses available for qualified leads and results
Opportunity to grow into a full-time role as lead volume and performance increase
Success Looks Like
Consistently generating 1–2 qualified leads per day
Building reliable referral pipelines over time
Clear communication, follow-through, and willingness to improve systems
