Commission-Heavy Cold Caller - Voice AI Sales (KILLERS ONLY)

Job Description:
I'm going to be direct with you.
I don't need someone who "can make calls."
I need someone who LOVES the phone. Someone who hears "no" and gets hungrier. Someone who wakes up thinking about how many demos they're going to book today.
What we do:
Sockly.ai sells AI receptionists to medical practices, law firms, and dental offices in the US. These businesses lose $200,000+ per year from missed calls. We fix that permanently.
Our clients pay $2,500 setup + $1,500/month.
Your job is to get decision makers on the phone, create urgency, and book demos with me.
Compensation:

$4/hour base (paid weekly, no exceptions)
$50 per qualified demo booked
$200 bonus per deal that closes

Let me be clear about what this means:
An average caller books 1 demo per day = $4/hr + $50 = ~$1,800/month
A KILLER books 3 demos per day = $4/hr + $150 = ~$4,000+/month

Requirements:

Headset + quiet room + stable internet (no excuses)
Available 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Eastern Time (this is non-negotiable)
Experience in outbound B2B cold calling (BPO experience preferred)
You speak clear English with a neutral accent
You can handle rejection without crying about it

Schedule:
Full-time: Monday - Friday, 8 hours/day
You will be making ---------- dials per day. Not 50. Not 80. 150+.
