? About the Role
Comfort Keepers is hiring a dependable and detail oriented Remote On Call Scheduling Coordinator to support our caregivers, clients, and office team during extended and weekend hours. This full time, 40 hour remote position ensures uninterrupted care by managing inbound calls, Client Intake, schedule changes, monitoring Electronic Visit Verification (EVV Compliance) , and providing exceptional customer service, while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, communicates with empathy, and enjoys solving problems in real time.

• Serve as the primary contact during assigned hours for caregivers, clients, and families
• Monitor Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) to ensure accurate clock ins and clock outs
• Follow up promptly on missed, late, or incomplete EVV entries to maintain compliance
• Provide clear, compassionate communication and resolve concerns professionally
• Document all after hours activity and prepare detailed handoff notes for the daytime team
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all HIPAA and company policies
Conduct client intake and schedule home visits when needed
Any other assigned tasks deemed necessary for the support of operations


???? Qualifications
• Experience in home care, healthcare scheduling, or staffing preferred,
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm during urgent or high volume situations
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling platforms (Wellsky (Clearcare), HHA eXchange, a plus)
• Familiarity with EVV systems is helpful
• Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace
• Comfortable working weekends and extended shifts
Excellent English speaking skills, Spanish a plus

This is a 40 hour per week position with the following set schedule:
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
• Monday and Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
