Motion Flyers - Graphics/Animator

We are looking to hire an exceptionally talented & experienced creative to join our design and motion team.

We’re looking for a high-level creative professional who lives and breathes design, illustration, branding, and animation. Someone who has an eye for detail, understands visual storytelling, brand consistency, and can bring ideas to life with both still and moving assets. Our primary goal as of now is to create a series of motion flyers for a few hospitality brands.

You will be designing across brand campaigns, social content, websites, digital ads, and more - working with brands across Canada and the US, primarily in the hospitality, lifestyle, and food & beverage sectors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop custom illustrations, brand visuals, and content for hospitality and lifestyle clients.
- Create engaging animated videos, reels, and motion graphic content (flyers) for digital platforms.
- Work within brand guidelines to maintain design consistency across platforms.
- Translate creative briefs into polished visual assets that stand out and resonate with target audiences.
- Design for both web and social (including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and websites).
- Ensure fast, efficient, and organized delivery of layered and editable design/animation files.
- Stay ahead of current design trends, especially in hospitality and lifestyle branding.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Expert / Illustrator / Animator with a professional portfolio (MUST BE SHARED)
- Prior experience working with North American brands, ideally in the hospitality or F&B industry is a plus.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro) is a must.
- Experience in motion graphics and animation is a must.
- A strong eye for visual composition, typography, color, and branding.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
- Ability to follow direction but also take initiative with creative ideas.
- Strong time management and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
