Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team as a long-term Virtual Assistant. This is a part-time to full-time position with growth potential for the right candidate.

You will be responsible for managing social media content creation (photo and video editing) and running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns, specifically focused on lead generation for our clients.

This is NOT a basic social media posting job. We need someone with proven experience in Meta Ads Manager, lead generation campaigns, and content creation who can work independently and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Content Creation (40% of role):

Edit photos for Facebook and Instagram posts using ---------- , Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools
Edit short-form videos (Reels, Stories) using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software
Create engaging social media graphics that align with client branding
Maintain consistent visual quality across all client social media accounts
Resize and optimize content for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Schedule posts using social media management tools (we use Meta Business Suite)


Meta Ads Management (60% of role):

Set up and manage Facebook and Instagram lead generation campaigns
Create and optimize Meta Lead Forms for local business clients
Configure Facebook Pixel and conversion tracking
Write compelling ad copy and select appropriate ad creatives
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audiences
Manage monthly ad budgets ranging from $500-$3,000 per client
Generate weekly/monthly campaign performance reports
Provide recommendations for improving ROI and reducing cost-per-lead


Required Skills & ExperienceMUST HAVE (Non-negotiable):

? 2+ years experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
? Proven experience with Meta Lead Generation campaigns and Lead Forms
? Strong photo editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
? Video editing experience for social media (Reels, Stories, short videos)
? Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager expertise - you should be comfortable navigating the platform independently
? Facebook Pixel setup and tracking experience
? Excellent English - written and verbal (you'll communicate with US clients)
? Portfolio/examples of previous social media content and ads you've created
? Reliable internet connection and professional work setup


PREFERRED (Nice to Have):

???? Experience working with US-based marketing agencies or clients
???? Knowledge of local business marketing (contractors, restaurants, professional services)
???? Familiarity with Google Ads (bonus, not required)
???? Experience with additional design tools (Adobe Illustrator, After Effects)
???? Understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing
???? Basic copywriting skills for ad copy and social media captions


What We're Looking For in a CandidateTechnical Skills:

Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager platform
Ability to analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS)
Knowledge of audience targeting and lookalike audiences
Experience with retargeting campaigns
Understanding of ad compliance and Meta policies

Work Schedule & Availability

Hours:
Part-time start: 20-25 hours/week (with potential to grow to full-time)
Full-time option: 40 hours/week for the right candidate

Schedule:

Flexible hours, but you must be available for at least 2-3 hours overlap with US Eastern Time (EST) for team communication
Ability to attend weekly video calls (scheduled in advance)
Quick response time during your working hours (within 1-2 hours)


Time Zone:

Philippines time is fine! We understand the time difference
We'll schedule calls at mutually convenient times
