We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to implement long-form content on a WordPress website.
This role is execution-focused, not strategy or creative writing.
Responsibilities
Format and publish content in WordPress
Insert headings, tables, bullets, and internal links
Apply FAQ & Article schema
Follow strict tone, structure, and formatting rules
Use ChatGPT with pre-defined prompts and instructions
Implement educational mortgage/real estate content exactly as provided
Required Skills
WordPress block editor
Basic HTML familiarity
Schema (FAQ / Article)
High attention to detail
Comfortable following SOPs
Experience using ChatGPT for structured content
Nice to Have
Real estate or mortgage content experience
SEO familiarity (not required)
Test Task
Short paid test implementing a provided page draft.
