Contractual Credit Officer

Paramount Liquor is looking for a Contractual Credit Officer to manage customer accounts, collections, blocked orders, and queries, helping maintain strong cash flow and support sales.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage assigned customer accounts and collections
• Review blocked orders and follow up with customers
• Negotiate payments within company guidelines
• Monitor overdue accounts and meet collection targets
• Issue statements, allocate payments, and reconcile accounts
• Respond to customer queries via phone and email
• Identify high-risk accounts and support credit risk management
• Escalate unpaid accounts as needed

About You
• Experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or collections
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Well organised with good time management
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Comfortable working to targets and deadlines
