We run performance-driven ad accounts and work with proven creatives.
This role is pure execution and optimization, not experimentation.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Video Editor to adapt, translate and optimize existing winning ads.
You will start part-time, with a clear intention to scale to full-time quickly if performance is strong.
This role is not for juniors.
Experience with ad editing is mandatory.
Responsibilities
• Edit and adapt existing video ads
• Translate ads to other languages using provided tools
• Add and optimize subtitles (timing, readability, pacing)
• Adjust pacing and structure for performance
• Ensure ads feel native to the platform
• Occasionally do simple image edits (thumbnails, frames)
• Work based on clear references and instructions
• Deliver clean, ad-ready output
Requirements (MUST READ)
• Proven experience as a Video Editor
• Strong experience editing ads
• Experience with
• Strong subtitle skills
• Ability to work independently
• Fast, detail-oriented, structured
• Comfortable following systems and instructions
