JOB OVERVIEW

Pay: $6-7/hour (full-time).
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM EST (1 hour lunch).
Location: Remote

SteelSafe is a growing self-storage company. We’re hiring a high-trust Team Lead to help run our customer support and sales operation. This role is for someone who enjoys ownership, structure, and improving performance. You will lead a team of CSRs, keep execution tight, coach for better results, and step in when something needs a manager-level touch. You will also take calls at times, so you understand the work firsthand and can lead by example.

What you’ll own: You will own the day-to-day performance of our CSR team. That means leads are handled quickly and correctly, customers are taken care of, and follow-ups do not get missed. You will raise the standard through coaching and consistency, and you will create a culture where problems get solved and work gets finished.

Who this is for: You have experience leading or mentoring a customer service or phone sales team. You speak clear, fluent English and are confident on the phone with U.S. customers. You are organized, proactive, and take ownership without being asked. You care about improving systems and performance, not just completing tasks. You stay calm under pressure and make good decisions without drama.
