We are an Australian Buyers Agency helping clients build property portfolios across Australia.
We are looking for a B2B Growth Operator to help generate and nurture relationships with:
Mortgage Brokers
Accountants
Property-related professionals
As well as B2C cold outreach via
This is NOT a basic VA role.
Your work directly drives revenue.
Your Role Includes:
Daily LinkedIn outreach and Posting 2–3 LinkedIn posts per week
Sending and managing cold
Following up with leads and nurturing conversations
Booking calls with qualified prospects
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Experience working with Australian businesses
Strong written English (natural, human tone – NOT AI sounding)
Experience with:
Instantly (or similar cold
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Understanding of B2B outreach and follow-ups
Ideal (Bonus):
Worked with a buyers agent / mortgage broker / real estate business in Australia
Experience using GoHighLevel
KPIs:
New conversations started daily
Booked calls per week
Consistent follow-up across all leads
Pay:
$5–10 AUD/hour depending on experience with increase depending on performance
