TikTok Affiliate Operator

Summary
I am starting an Amazon affiliate business in the Home Gadgets / Home Improvement niche.

IMPORTANT:
I currently have all the necessary accounts setup already .
You must be able to scale up

This is a DONE-FOR-YOU operator role. I am looking for ONE dedicated freelancer to work with me only (solo operator, not an agency).

SCOPE OF WORK (A–Z):

1) Product Research
- Research Amazon products with the following criteria:
• Under $50
• Rating 4.3+ with strong reviews
• Evergreen demand (not seasonal, not trends)
• Highly visual (easy to show problem ? solution)
- Propose products for approval before creating content

2) Content Creation
- Create short-form videos (15–30 seconds)
- Platform: TikTok first (later Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts)
- Video styles may include:
• Stock clips
• Slideshows using product images
• Simple demos (no face required)
• Text, captions, and AI voice (acceptable)
- Videos must clearly show:
• The problem
• The product
• The benefit/result

3) Posting & Optimization
- Write captions and hashtags
- Post consistently
- Track each video (views, clicks, sales)
- Identify what performs and optimize content accordingly

4) Reporting
- Maintain a clear tracking spreadsheet (videos, clicks, sales)
- Provide a short written weekly update including:
• Videos posted
• Total views
• Total clicks
• Any sales
• Best-performing products
• What will be improved next week

My goal is to build a small but real affiliate business that grows over time.
I'm not looking for hype or shortcuts ---- I'm looking for someone who enjoys building systems, testing content, and improving week by week.

I understand affiliate marketing depends on platforms, algorithms, traffic, and buyer behavior.
Results are NOT guaranteed.

What I expect instead:
- Consistent execution of agreed tasks
- Clear weekly deliverables
- Transparent tracking and reporting
- Ongoing optimization based on performance data

TIME TRACKING & WORK PROCESS : (VERY IMPORTANT):

- This is an hourly contract using timeproof tracker ONLY
- Manual time is NOT allowed unless explicitly approved in writing
- All work must be clearly visible in the Timeproof
- Logged hours should clearly reflect progress on assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Disputes are based on work visibility and relevance, not on sales or results

- Affiliate payments go directly to ME
- Solo operator only (NO agencies, NO teams)
- Hourly payment only (NO commission or revenue share)
- NO income guarantees, ONLY execution
- Clear communication and weekly updates are required

PAYMENT STRUCTURE:

- Hourly pay only Timeproof
- Weekly billing (Upwork standard)
- Weekly hour limit: 6 hours maximum
- Initial trial period of 3–4 weeks with limited weekly hours

2) Confirmation that you understand this project starts from ZERO
3) Confirmation that you agree to tracked time only (no manual hours)
