Youtube and shorts editor

My name is Auws and I run this YouTube channel:

It’s an educational channel focused on content strategy, social media, and advertising. The videos are insight-driven, not flashy-for-the-sake-of-it, so pacing, clarity, and storytelling matter more than over-editing.

I’m looking for a reliable editor to handle:
Long-form YouTube videos (10–15 minutes)
Short-form cuts for YouTube Shorts and social platforms

What I’m looking for:
- Strong sense of pacing and structure
- Ability to turn talking-head footage into engaging edits
- Clean subtitles and short-form optimisation
- Consistency and reliability over “crazy effects”
- Experience editing YouTube content (please show examples)

Nice to have:
- Understanding of content strategy or marketing
- Ability to suggest improvements to hooks or pacing
- Motion graphics skills

This is ongoing work, not a one-off project, and there’s room to grow with the channel if we’re a good fit.
