About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven TikTok Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand through engaging short-form content and high-performing ad campaigns. This remote role combines content creation, paid ads, and AI-assisted marketing to drive reach, engagement, and conversions on TikTok.
Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and publish engaging TikTok content aligned with brand goals
Manage and optimize TikTok Ads (Spark Ads, In-Feed Ads, A/B testing, scaling)
Research trends, sounds, and formats to keep content fresh and relevant
Use AI tools to support content ideation, scripting, captions, and performance analysis
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign strategies and content calendars
Monitor performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations
Stay up to date with TikTok platform updates and best practices
Requirements:
Proven experience in TikTok marketing (organic and/or paid ads)
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and audience behavior
Experience with TikTok Ads Manager
Ability to create or direct short-form video content (UGC-style, hooks, storytelling)
Familiarity with AI tools for marketing or content creation (e.g., scripting, editing, analytics)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
Strong communication and time-management skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with other short-form platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Basic video editing skills
Experience working with influencers or UGC creators
E-commerce or lead-generation campaign experience
