We are a US-based B2B company working with mortgage lenders.
We are hiring a confident, detail-oriented Appointment Setter whose ONLY responsibility is to qualify prospects and book Zoom meetings for our sales team.
This is NOT a closing role.
No pitching.
No selling.
Your job is to qualify and schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to inbound and outbound messages
• Ask qualification questions
• Identify decision-makers
• Book qualified Zoom meetings
• Create and update contacts in HubSpot
• Add clean, detailed notes in the CRM
• Follow a clear qualification checklist
REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Comfortable speaking with US-based executives
• Prior B2B appointment setting or SDR experience
• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM
• Organized, coachable, and detail-oriented
BONUS (NOT REQUIRED):
• Mortgage, real estate, or finance experience
• Calendly experience
COMPENSATION:
• $4–$6 USD per hour to start
• Bonuses paid per SHOWED meeting (not booked)
