We need an EXPERIENCED bookkeeper

We’re a small digital marketing agency looking for someone to help categorize our business transactions for the entire year of 2025. This is a one time cleanup task, not ongoing bookkeeping or tax work.

All transactions are already available. Your job is to review them, categorize income and expenses correctly, and flag anything that may need clarification. We do not have a high volume of transactions and our finances are straightforward.

We’re looking for someone with basic bookkeeping experience who understands common expense categories for service based or digital businesses. You should be detail oriented, organized, and able to work independently. You do not need to be a CPA. This role does not involve tax filing or financial analysis, only clean categorization so everything is ready for year end.

This project pays $125 flat for the full year of categorization. Timeline is flexible, but we’d prefer it completed within a few days once started.
