Social Media Manager and AI Content Creator

About the job

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Social Media Specialist to support our team full-time. Your main responsibility will be creating photos and short-form videos using our AI tools and preparing them for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

This role requires a strong eye for aesthetics, a solid understanding of AI tools and social media, and the ability to independently develop content ideas. You should be able to come up with image concepts and video ideas that have the potential to perform well or go viral on social media. In addition to content creation, you will actively help optimize internal processes, think proactively, and figure things out on your own.

Responsibilities:

- Create photos and videos using our internal AI tools

- Independently develop content ideas for images and short-form videos

- Come up with video concepts optimized for reach, engagement, and viral potential

- Basic image and video editing

- Work based on provided templates, instructions, hooks, and examples, while also contributing own ideas

- Continuously look for ways to improve workflows and internal processes

- Work proactively and independently, without constant supervision


Must-haves:

- Strong eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling

- Ability to independently develop content ideas for images and videos

- Understanding of AI tools and social media platforms

- Understanding of what makes content perform or go viral on social media

- Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills

- Reliable internet connection and working setup


Very relevant / highly valued:

- Any experience with social media, content creation, or AI tools

- Hands-on experience with any AI toold, especially image or video generation tools

- Strong understanding of trends, hooks, and audience psychology


Nice to have:
Experience with Canva & Capcut
Marketing or storytelling background
Experience publishing content directly on social media platforms
