About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to handle outbound and inbound calls with real estate investors actively seeking financing. Your primary responsibility is to engage, qualify, and pre-screen loan applicants and either set appointments or transfer qualified prospects to our lending or sales team.

This role is not cold telemarketing. You will be speaking with investors who have already shown interest or fit our lending criteria (Fix & Flip, DSCR, Bridge, New Construction, Commercial).

If you’re confident on the phone, understand real estate investing (or are eager to learn fast), and know how to ask smart qualifying questions—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound & Inbound Calling
Call potential loan applicants who are real estate investors
Follow up with inbound leads who have filled out funding forms
Re-engage past leads and warm prospects
Maintain a professional, consultative conversation style (not pushy)
Lead Qualification
Ask structured qualification questions, including:
Type of deal (Fix & Flip, DSCR, Construction, Commercial, etc.)
Property type and location
Estimated purchase price and rehab budget
Experience level (number of completed deals)
Timeline and urgency
Identify deal readiness and seriousness
Accurately capture and update lead information in the CRM
Appointment Setting / Live Transfers
Schedule calls or appointments with loan officers or closers
Transfer qualified leads live when appropriate
Provide clear summaries of each prospect to the sales team

CRM & Admin Tasks
Log all calls, notes, and dispositions accurately
Tag and update lead status correctly
Follow internal SOPs and call scripts while staying conversational
Meet daily and weekly activity targets (calls, connects, transfers, appointments)

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong English communication skills (clear, confident, professional)
Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
Ability to follow scripts without sounding robotic
Strong listening and qualification skills
Coachable and open to feedback
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
