Our company, High Income Society INC., helps service-based businesses acquire clients and scale using proven outbound and online marketing systems.
We’re not looking for a standard VA.
We’re looking for a results-driven appointment setter who wants responsibility, pressure, skill development and growth.
The Role:
Your job is simple (but not easy):
Turn warm conversations into booked calls.
We already handle:
Lead generation
Prospect targeting
Message frameworks
Systems + SOPs
Your responsibility is to reply, follow up, qualify, and book calls on the calendar — consistently.
All outreach is done via:
LinkedIn DMs (Ulinc Platform)

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Managing and replying to LinkedIn conversations
Booking qualified calls into the team calendar
Following up relentlessly (without being spammy)
Updating CRM and reporting daily activity & bookings

Can follow processes exactly, then improve them
Are comfortable with direct communication and light objection handling
Are technically competent (CRM, inboxes, basic systems)
Understand natural conversations in US tonality (not sounding robotic)
Bring positive energy and personal accountability
Have strong written English (non-negotiable)
Have Experience with LinkedIn appointment setting
Have Experience booking calls for high-ticket services
Have Experience working with CRMs like GoHighLevel
