About the Role
PeerDent is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Dental Operations & Growth Coordinator to support our dental offices with day-to-day operations and growth initiatives. This role blends dental administrative work (insurance, claims, coordination) with digital support (social media and SEO).
We are a family-owned dental practice, and patient experience matters. We want someone who communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, and can adjust their tone depending on the situation. Patients should feel welcomed and supported—not rushed or handled by a corporate system.

What You’ll Be Doing
Dental Operations
• Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
• Post insurance claims and payments accurately
• Manage aging and accounts receivable reports
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims
• Coordinate insurance and billing information with dental offices
• Maintain accurate records and provide status updates

Systems & Communication
• Manage tasks and workflows in GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Support scheduling and patient coordination in Curve Hero PMS
• Handle call tracking and communication records through GoToConnect
• Communicate clearly with offices, tea

Growth & Digital Support
• Assist with posting and managing content on:
• Google Business Profile
•
• Instagram
•
• Support basic SEO and online profile updates
• Ensure messaging stays friendly, consistent, and on-brand

Tools You’ll Use
• Canva – simple graphics and social content
• ChatGPT – drafting captions, responses, and internal documentation
• Excel – tracking data, reports, and follow-ups
• Google Suite – Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Gmail
