Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our Company (sryle.co/). This role is suited for individuals who thrive in a commission-based environment and are confident in lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals while maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Responsibilities
-Reach out to potential SMB and enterprise clients
-Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines
-Close deals and coordinate with product and implementation teams for smooth client onboarding
-Manage client relationships, renewals, and follow-ups

Tiered commissions:
-8% up to USD 5,000/month
-10% for revenue above USD 10,000/month
-Flat 10% commission on all deals during the first month (ramp-up period)

Work Environment Requirements
-Hardware: A professional-grade workstation (Minimum 16GB RAM and a dedicated Graphics Card) to ensure smooth video rendering and multitasking.
-Internet: Reliable high-speed fiber internet (50 Mbps minimum).
-Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
-Must live in Luzon area
