InvestorAid helps Australians make smarter property and investing decisions through education, strategy, and real-world guidance.

We are growing our online presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email — and we’re looking for one dedicated, full-time Social Media Manager & Content Creator to grow with us long-term.

This is not a freelance or part-time role.
This is for someone who wants stability, ownership, and career growth.

Your Core Responsibilities
1?? Social Media Content & Posting
- Plan, schedule, and post content on:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- Write clear, engaging captions with hooks and CTAs
- Follow a content calendar (we provide structure)

2?? Graphic Design (Canva)
- Design modern, clean, premium graphics:
- carousels
- stories
- value/quote posts
- promotions

Maintain consistent branding

3?? Short-Form Video Editing (Reels)
- Edit short-form videos from raw footage

Add:
- subtitles/captions
- clean cuts and pacing
- on-screen hooks
- branding elements

Deliver consistent weekly output

4?? Email Content (Weekly)
- Create and send 1–2 emails per week:
- newsletters
- value content
- light promotions

Tools: Mailchimp / ActiveCampaign / Klaviyo (or willing to learn)

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing social media accounts
- Strong Canva design skills (clean, professional output)
- Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, VN, etc.)
- Strong written English
- Reliable internet and equipment
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines consistently

Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Experience with property, finance, or investing content
- Ability to suggest content ideas and improvements
- Understanding of reach, engagement, and content performance

Work Hours & Pay
Full-time: 40 hours/week
Monday–Friday (schedule discussed)
Pay based on experience (please include your hourly rate)
