We’re looking for a Trello Manager to keep website projects organized and moving smoothly. You’ll act as the bridge between content, design, and development, making sure tasks, edits, and deadlines are clear.
Responsibilities:
• Review website drafts (pages, blogs, location pages) and create clear edit docs.
• Track all tasks in Trello: create cards, set due dates, update statuses, and follow up on blockers.
• Manage multiple client requests and prioritize effectively.
• Run light QA before handoff and post status updates to the team/clients.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years in project or content coordination (agency experience a plus).
• Strong organization, multitasking, and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with Trello, Word/Google Docs, and site reviews.
• Basic SEO, WordPress, GA4/GSC, and light image editing (Canva/Figma).
• Bonus: spotting minor HTML/CSS issues.
Success Looks Like:
• Tasks delivered on time; Trello boards up to date.
• Clear edit docs requiring minimal back-and-forth.
• Low rework after publishing; proactive communication.
