We are building two fast-moving, purpose-led businesses. One focuses on empowering Indigenous entrepreneurs. The other drives sustainable property development. We need a strategic right hand to the Founder. Someone who brings calm to complexity, builds systems, and ensures nothing meaningful falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Own

Pillar 1: Founder Support & Time Protection
* Manage inbox and calendar using smart filters and strategic priorities
* Create space and focus by setting clear buffers and boundaries
* Prep meetings, track actions, and follow up without being asked

Pillar 2: Systems & Execution
* Build and document workflows, SOPs, and playbooks
* Set up dashboards, automations, and repeatable systems
* Create processes others can run easily

Pillar 3: Partnership & Project Oversight
* Liaise with delivery partners and keep them accountable
* Track initiatives across both businesses and maintain momentum
* Flag risks, remove roadblocks, and escalate when needed

Success Looks Like
* 80–90% of projects and tasks are completed on schedule
* 5 or more key systems are implemented within the first 90 days
* The Founder reports a 50% or greater reduction in operational workload
* Delivery partners report high clarity, support, and improved performance
* Business cadence and delivery velocity increase

Pay & Perks
* Monthly Pay: AUD $1,580 to $2,630/month (approx. USD $1,040 to $1,730/month)
* Hourly Equivalent: USD $6 to $10/hour, depending on experience and impact
* Performance Bonuses: Available based on outcomes, systems ownership, and delivery oversight
* Work Environment: High-autonomy, high-trust role supporting purpose-driven businesses
* Growth Opportunity: Partner directly with the Founder and grow as the business scales
