Content & Social Media VA (Lighten the Load Brand)

Position: Part-Time Content & Social Media Virtual Assistant
Hours: 20–25 hrs/week
Pay: $4–$6/hour (based on skill + performance)
Schedule: Flexible, daily check-ins required

About the Role:

We are building a fast-growing personal brand and digital education company in the financial literacy / credit education space.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Content VA who can follow systems, stay organized, and help us stay consistent across social platforms.

This role is execution-focused. If you like clear instructions and repeatable workflows, this is for you.

Responsibilities
• Schedule and post content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts
• Upload Reels, Shorts, and Carousels
• Write captions using provided templates
• Add hashtags and CTAs
• Repurpose content across platforms
• Organize content in Google Drive folders
• Basic engagement (replying using scripts)
• Follow SOPs exactly

Required Skills
• Experience posting on social media platforms
• Canva experience (required)
• CapCut or similar video editor (basic level)
• Google Drive + Google Docs
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written English
• Able to follow instructions without reminders

Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Experience with personal brands
• Experience with Reels/Shorts growth
• Understanding of financial or educational content
