ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Marketing & Creative Operations VA to support our U.S.-based real estate company’s marketing execution, creative production, and operational systems.
This is a hands-on role, not a strategy-only position. You will be responsible for executing marketing tasks, maintaining brand consistency, supporting digital systems, and assisting with internal operations that help drive lead generation and team efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, system-driven, and reliable, and who is looking for a long-term remote position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
MARKETING & CREATIVE
Manage and post content across company social media platforms
Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, SEO & PPC)
Design graphic assets for digital and print marketing (social posts, flyers, postcards, door hangers, presentations)
Edit videos for reels, short-form content, stories, and internal use
Create and manage newsletters and email marketing campaigns
Build and manage drip campaigns for leads, clients, and recruiting
Update and maintain company websites (CMS-based content updates, landing pages, listings, branding updates)
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
Support marketing campaigns for listings, acquisitions, recruiting, and company branding


SYSTEMS & OPERATIONS SUPPORT
Manage CRM operations using Follow Up Boss (FUB), including:
Monitoring lead flow and system performance
Maintaining accurate notes and documentation
Adding seller net sheets and price calculators
Creating basic reports for leadership
Set up and maintain dialer campaigns using ReadyMode, Landvoice, and PropStream
Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to campaigns, integrations, and workflows
Assist with performance tracking and reporting as requested


ADMIN / ISA SUPPORT (AS NEEDED)
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of ISAs when assigned
Track VA work hours and attendance
Save, upload, and organize call recordings for quality review
Maintain organized file systems in Google Drive
Support leadership with administrative tasks related to marketing and ISA operations


TRIAL PERIOD & COMPENSATION
Trial Period (First 30 Days)
$4 USD per hour
Used to evaluate:
Quality and timeliness of work
Ability to follow systems and instructions
Communication and responsiveness
Reliability and accountability
Continuation after the trial period is not guaranteed


Post-Trial (If Approved)
Hourly rate increases to $5 USD per hour
Contractor transitions into a 1-year renewable contract
Performance reviews conducted regularly


PAYMENT & WORK REQUIREMENTS
Payments are made weekly via Wise (USD)
Timesheets must be submitted weekly
Overtime must be pre-approved
Contractor must remain responsive during assigned working hours
Status updates may be required during shifts


REQUIREMENTS
Experience in marketing, social media management, creative work, or VA operations
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to manage multiple platforms, tools, and deadlines independently
Stable high-speed internet with a backup connection
Professional, distraction-free work environment
Comfortable working U.S. CST (Chicago Time) hours
Willing to commit to a long-term engagement

All work produced is considered work-for-hire and is company property
Confidentiality and non-circumvention agreements apply
Failure to meet performance or communication standards may result in termination
