GoHighLevel & Automations Specialist (CRM + Workflow Expert)

About Us

We’re a growing U.S.-based digital marketing agency serving construction, remodeling, and home service businesses. GoHighLevel is a core operating system in our company, and we’re looking for a true GoHighLevel expert to take ownership of it.

This role is not about courses, memberships, or info products.
It’s about building, owning, supporting, and improving real production systems used by real clients.

This Is an Ownership Role

We are not looking for someone who just completes assigned tasks.

We are looking for someone who:

Thinks in systems

Spots problems before they become issues

Takes responsibility for keeping GoHighLevel clean, compliant, and scalable

You will own GoHighLevel inside our company.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for the build-out, optimization, compliance, and ongoing support of our GoHighLevel environment.

This includes:

GoHighLevel Build-Outs & Automations

Build complete GoHighLevel sub-accounts from scratch

Design and maintain pipelines, workflows, triggers, and automations

Improve and clean up existing workflows for reliability and scale

Implement CRM structures for lead tracking, follow-up, and attribution

Troubleshoot and debug automation issues proactively

Integrations & Systems

Connect GoHighLevel with third-party tools using:

Native integrations

Webhooks

Zapier or Make (Integromat)

Help integrate GoHighLevel with external software

Experience integrating GoHighLevel with JobTread is a big plus

A2P 10DLC & Messaging Compliance

Handle A2P 10DLC setup and management inside GoHighLevel

Register brands and campaigns

Ensure messaging compliance and approval

Troubleshoot A2P-related messaging issues

Maintain SMS deliverability and system health

Ongoing Support

Provide GoHighLevel-related support for internal team and clients

Troubleshoot workflows, automations, SMS/email issues, and integrations

Support is primarily asynchronous (Slack / ClickUp)

You will NOT be responsible for:

Sales

Customer service

Phone support

Non-GoHighLevel issues

Documentation

Document workflows, automations, and system logic clearly

Ensure systems are understandable and maintainable by the team

Required Experience

You should be very comfortable with:

GoHighLevel workflows, triggers, pipelines, and CRM setup

SMS, email, and task automations

A2P 10DLC registration and compliance (Twilio inside GoHighLevel)

Webhooks, Zapier, or Make

Troubleshooting live systems used by real clients

Thinking logically about automation and process flow

Nice-to-Have (Big Plus)

Experience integrating GoHighLevel + JobTread

Familiarity with contractor or construction workflows

Experience cleaning up and improving existing GHL accounts

Understanding of lead qualification and follow-up timing

You’ve only followed tutorials but haven’t built real systems

You’re uncomfortable troubleshooting broken automations

You don’t understand A2P compliance and messaging rules

You disappear when something breaks instead of fixing it
