I am looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive & Personal Assistant to support both professional and personal operations. This includes scheduling, follow-ups, project coordination, research, communication drafting, and administrative tasks (including medical and travel coordination).
The right candidate enjoys closing loops, organizing information, and making sure things move forward without waiting for instructions. This role requires excellent written English, follow-up discipline, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendar, scheduling, travel coordination
Track tasks, meetings, and follow-ups across multiple projects
Draft
Conduct research and summarize findings
Schedule medical appointments, manage paperwork/referrals
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contacts
Maintain documents, notes, and timelines
Provide reminders and follow-through support
Create structure for long-term projects
Requirements:
Excellent written English (very important)
Experience supporting executives, founders, or managers
Proactive follow-through (does not wait for reminders)
Strong organizational and tracking skills
Must be comfortable with partial personal tasks
Available to work with US Eastern Time overlap (4–6 hours/day)
Reliable internet + working system
Tools experience (preferred but not required):
Google Workspace
Notion, Airtable, Asana, or similar tools
Calendars (Google Calendar or similar)
WhatsApp/Slack/Loom (async communication)
Hours:
Part-time: 20–25 hrs/week (long-term)
Rate:
$7–$12 USD/hour depending on experience
