Virtual Assistant (Content, Video Editing & Member Support)

We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support content operations, video editing, basic Facebook Ads support, and member communication for an online coaching business.

This is an execution-focused role. You will help manage recorded content, edit podcast videos using CapCut, create short clips, repurpose written posts across platforms, assist with Facebook Ads navigation, upload YouTube videos, and handle basic email communication with members.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Content Management
- Edit raw podcast episodes using CapCut
- Create short-form clips from podcast episodes
- Organize videos and clips in clearly labeled Dropbox folders
- Upload podcast episodes to YouTube following instructions


Facebook Ads Support (Execution Only)
- Navigate Facebook Ads Manager
- Upload ad creatives when provided
- Turn ads on or off based on instructions
- Check basic ad status and report issues
- No ad strategy or copywriting required

Content Repurposing
- Take one written Facebook post and reformat it for: Other social media platforms, Skool groups
- Maintain the original message while adjusting formatting
- Use ChatGPT to help with repurposing when needed


Email & Member Support
- Send replay emails after weekly group training sessions
- Send reminder emails so clients attend scheduled calls
- Send individual emails to current members as requested
- Use Gmail for all email communication

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience editing videos using CapCut
- Comfortable creating short-form clips from long videos
- Experience uploading and managing YouTube videos
- Ability to repurpose written content for multiple platforms
- Working knowledge of ChatGPT
- Experience using Dropbox and Gmail
