JOB OVERVIEW

Overview

Blunt Cases is looking for a Creative Producer (Paid Social) to lead the development and execution of performance-driven ad creatives across paid social channels. This role owns the creative production process end-to-end, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality assets that support scalable, profitable growth.

You’ll work cross-functionally with media buyers, designers, editors, and UGC creators to produce and test creative at volume, using performance data to inform ongoing iteration and optimization.

Responsibilities

Own the creative production pipeline for paid social channels

Lead ideation, planning, and execution of ad creatives across video, static, and UGC formats

Develop creative briefs, scripts, and concepts for internal teams and external creators

Manage and coordinate a team of designers, editors, and UGC creators

Ensure timely delivery of creative assets aligned with testing and launch timelines

Collaborate with media buyers to align creative outputs with testing priorities

Oversee organization, naming, and documentation of creative assets for reuse and iteration

Review performance data to identify trends, insights, and creative opportunities

Drive continuous improvement through structured testing, iteration, and learnings

Provide regular reporting on creative production, testing outcomes, and insights

Skills & Experience

3–6+ years of experience in creative production for paid social or performance marketing

Proven experience producing direct-response creative at scale

Strong understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.) and creative best practices

Experience managing or leading creative teams and external collaborators

Ability to translate performance data into actionable creative direction

Strong organizational and project management skills

Clear communicator with the ability to brief, review, and provide feedback efficiently

Comfortable working in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments

Performance-oriented mindset with experience working toward defined KPIs

Nice to Have

Experience working in DTC or eCommerce environments

Familiarity with UGC workflows and creator management

Experience collaborating closely with growth or performance marketing teams
