Email Marketing & Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist who also enjoys running clean systems and keeping things organized.

This role is perfect for someone who has experience with email outreach, follow-ups, inbox management, or CRM-style work, and wants a stable full-time role with upside.

Our studio is built around Dimpey, a large creator known for short-form animated content.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Email Marketing & Outreach (Core Focus)
- Sending and managing cold email outreach using our system
- Writing clean, professional email replies and follow-ups
- Keeping inboxes organized and conversations moving
- Tracking outreach results and responses
- Operations & Coordination
- Managing incoming emails and brand communication
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Coordinating with tea ---------- mbers and following up on tasks
- Managing deadlines and making sure work is completed on time
- Tracking task completion and team performance
- Updating internal trackers and systems
- Admin & Support Tasks
- Performing simple bookkeeping for income and expenses
- Reposting content on Snapchat


Commission:
- 5% on deals you help land through email outreach
- Total commission ranges from $500 to $1,000 per month, capped at $1,000
- Commission is on top of the fixed salary
- Salary & Commission will be paid monthly

Work Schedule:
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Work hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Philippines time)
- This is a full-time role only (no second job)
