Marketing Automation & Operations Manager (Part-Time, Growth Role)

Hi I'm Christian. I'm the founder of ---------- and we are an AI lead generation agency for real estate agents.

The TLDR of this role:

You will know you are a good fit for this, if you believe you are a killer at using GoHighLevel, running marketing agency campaigns, or managing multiple client accounts.

It is heavily preferred that you have experience managing multiple marketing campaigns through GHL.

This is an opportunity to be the right hand man (or woman) in our rapidly growing AI agency. We've grown the business to multiple 6 figures in 6 months and want you to help us get to 7 figures!!

What we do:

We get realtors seller leads. We gather a list of homeowners, we reach out via sms, we use GHL AI to book leads onto a phone call with our realtor. We book our realtor clients 10-20 appointments per month by sending thousands of messages through GHL.

What You Will Own:

You will be responsible for ensuring that our client's texting campaigns are launched, running, hitting KPIs, and booking appointments. You will be managing our VA Jed that is currently doing the launching and managing of our client's campaigns.

You will learn & run:
• Our client onboarding system (google form, checklists, etc.)
• Our homeowner data system (we buy homeowner info for our clients)
• Our GHL sub accounts for clients
• Our tracking sheets to ensure clients are booking appointments

The pay:

- The pay will start with a base of $650/month for a one-month part-time trial. After this trial, we'll see if we're a good fit to bump you up to full-time work!

- You will get a performance incentive of $100 for each client that successfully hits their monthly goal of appointments (We have over 20 clients, so potential to make an extra $500-$2k/month).
