----
We're hiring a UI/UX Designer to shape the design and user experience across an entire ecosystem of verticals in the cold email industry – not just one product, but a growing suite of tools that our customers rely on daily.

You'll start by designing and implementing conversion-driven landing pages. As you grow with us, you'll own sign-up flows, onboarding, dashboards, and the full product experience across the customer journey.

If you're tired of designing isolated pages with no ownership, this is your chance to build the visual and experiential foundation of a whole ecosystem ? for our customers who demand the best deliverability, supported by the best ecosystem of infrastructure and tools.

You don't need to know deliverability yet.
You do need curiosity, strong design instincts, and the drive to become an expert from zero with our guidance.

This is a full-time, long-term role for someone who wants to build a career at the intersection of product, design, and deep technical understanding.

----
What you'll do:

- Learn the Ecosystem – Immerse yourself in cold email deliverability: domains, warmups, sending behavior, and the logic behind inbox placement.
- Design & Build Landing Pages – Create high-converting pages in Framer that communicate complex value propositions simply.
- Expand Into Product – Over time, own sign-up flows, onboarding, dashboards, and the entire customer journey across multiple verticals.
- Merge Great UX with Great Tech – Combine leading design patterns with powerful infrastructure to make complex things feel effortless.
- Collaborate Closely – Work directly with the founder and dev team to translate ideas into experiences that educate, convert, and delight.
- Build Systems – Components, patterns, and design tokens that scale across our ecosystem.

----
What Success Looks Like:

- You understand cold email deliverability deeply enough to design for it intuitively.
- Our landing pages convert – clearly, beautifully, without friction.
- Our ecosystem becomes the most usable suite of tools in the space – our customers actually enjoy using it.
- Design output is consistent, polished, and reflects our tone – sharp, functional, never bloated.
- You ship. You iterate. You grow into our ecosystem until it feels like yours.

----
What You'll Bring:

- Extensive experience designing and implementing conversion-driven UX
- Proficiency in Framer and Figma – you don't just design, you build
- Proven track record of landing pages and flows that actually convert
- Ability to translate complex systems into clear visual hierarchies
- Curiosity for technical topics and willingness to learn fast
- Ownership mindset – you'll treat this ecosystem as your craft, not an assignment

----
Why You'll Want to Join Us:

- 100% Remote: Work from anywhere
- Flat hierarchy: Direct access to founders and engineers
- Career growth: From landing pages to full product ownership as you master the domain
- Creative autonomy: Freedom to explore patterns, interactions, and ideas
- Real impact: You'll shape how thousands of customers discover and experience cold email tools

----
Ready to join us?
We're not looking for someone to recreate templates.
We're looking for someone who wants to own the design language of an entire ecosystem – someone who'll study, grow, and build experiences that convert visitors into believers.

If you're hungry to learn, obsessed with conversion and clarity, and want to build a long-term career where craft shapes business outcomes, this is for you.
