Lift The Label is an Australian gym & streetwear brand. We’re looking for a Junior Media Buyer with hands-on Meta and TikTok Ads experience in e-commerce, who’s eager to learn, improve, and grow with strong training and guidance.
This is a part-time contractor role, starting at approximately 10 hours per week, with potential to increase over time.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with 6–12 months of paid ads experience who understands the basics of running ads for e-commerce brands and wants to level up fast.
You’ll be supported closely with:
- Clear direction
- Hands-on training
- Regular feedback
- Structured learning
What You’ll Be Doing
- Launch campaigns on Meta and TikTok Ads
- Optimise existing campaigns (budgets, creatives, audiences)
- Monitor performance daily
- Upload and manage ad creatives accurately
- Build and maintain performance reports
- Follow testing frameworks and clear instructions
What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- E-commerce experience (this is essential)
- High attention to detail (especially with uploads and reporting)
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
Understanding of:
- Campaign structure
- Ad sets and creatives
- Basic optimisation principles
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Shopify brands
- Familiarity with ad testing frameworks
- Comfortable recording short Loom videos to explain work
Hours & Schedule
- Part-time: ~10 hours per week
- Working hours aligned to 9am–5pm PH time
- Flexible within those hours, based on tasks and deadlines
Pay
- AUD $10 per hour
- Contractor role
- Weekly invoicing
