What you’ll do:
• Build Meta Instant Lead Form ads that deliver a “Mortgage-Ready Checklist”
• Set up retargeting audiences (form submitters/openers + IG/FB engagers + video viewers)
• Launch 2 ---------- ads that drive to Facebook Messenger
• Build the ManyChat Messenger flow (buttons, tags, sequences) that delivers the checklist and drives bookings for a $15 Keys Audit (Calendly)
• Set up a simple 4-email automation that delivers the checklist + pushes bookings
• Track leads + performance weekly (leads, CPL, booked audits, cost per booking)
