Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo / Omnisend Expert) – Setup & Monthly Retainer

We are a rapidly growing custom event display and apparel company looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to partner with us for the long term.

Klaviyo Experts Welcome: We use Omnisend, but if you are an expert in Klaviyo, we will pay you to adapt to our platform.

Why this job is perfect for you: This role is designed to be front-loaded. We need heavy help getting set up now, followed by a lighter, consistent weekly schedule. This is perfect if you have other clients and are looking for a stable, long-term "anchor" client to add to your roster.

Phase 1: The Setup (Heavy Workload - First 2-4 Weeks)
In the first month, we will need you to work more hours to audit and build our core infrastructure.

Audit & Strategy: Review our current list and segments.

Flow Construction: Build out robust Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, and Welcome Series flows.

Template Design: Create reusable templates for our newsletters.

Phase 2: The Maintenance (Consistent - 4-6 Hours/Week)
Once the flows are live, your role will shift to a consistent weekly rhythm of optimization and campaigning.

Campaigns: Build and schedule 2-3 weekly email blasts (we provide the offers/direction).

Optimization: Monitor flow performance and A/B test subject lines.

Reporting: A quick weekly check-in on stats.

The Role
Strategy & Logic: We provide the offers; you ensure the implementation, segmentation, and logic are flawless.

Design: You should be comfortable using the drag-and-drop builder to make emails look professional.

Platform: Deep experience with Klaviyo OR Omnisend triggers and segments is required.

Job Details
Pay: $7.00 per hour.

Status: Part-Time / Long-Term Retainer.

Location: Remote.
