Graphic Design & Listing Assistant (Content Production VA)

We are a custom print business (t-shirts, stickers, banners, labels). We need a creative designer to create ORIGINAL designs and upload them to our Wix website and Etsy store. This role includes a 30-day paid trial period to ensure a good fit for both sides. Successful candidates will be offered an ongoing contract.

Responsibilities:
Create original t-shirt, sticker, banner, and flyer designs
Create product mockups
Upload designs to Wix and Etsy
Prepare print-ready files (SVG, AI, PNG, PDF)
Upload templates to product customizer tools

Requirements:
Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop (Canva-only not accepted)
Ability to create original vector artwork
Understanding of print design (300 DPI, CMYK)
Organized with Google Drive





Design (Original Work)
produce 20–60 new products per week.

- Create t-shirt designs
- Create sticker designs
- Create banner & flyer templates
- Create label designs
- Create mockups (Placeit/Photoshop/Canva)
? No Disney, Marvel, Nike, NFL, Grinch, etc.
? No copying Etsy designs
? No stolen SVG bundles
? No AI art without commercial license

Upload & Listing Tasks

- Upload designs to Wix products
- Upload designs to Etsy listings
- Add images, mockups, descriptions and files
- Add variations (sizes/colors) using pricing rules
- Upload Zakeke templates (blank customizable designs)
