Creative Graphic Designer for Large Format & Event Display Branding (US Daytime)

We are a rapidly growing team based in the United States, and we are looking for a visionary Graphic Designer to join our crew!

At STX Promo, we don’t just print logos; we help brands stand out at their biggest events.

We need a designer who is highly creative, technically precise, and savvy with the latest AI design tools to help us scale our marketing and production.


The Role & Workflow:

This is a part-time position requiring 4–6 hours per day during US daytime hours. As our company expands, there is a strong potential for these hours to increase based on workload and your availability.

You will collaborate daily with our Sales and Production Coordinator and other Graphic Designers via ClickUp, Email, and WhatsApp. If you aren’t familiar with ClickUp, we’ll provide training—it's very similar to Asana or ---------- .


About the Work:

Creativity is a must. We need a designer with a "good eye" for premium aesthetics.

Your responsibilities will include:

Creative Layouts: Taking rough ideas and turning them into high-impact displays (canopies, banners, table covers, etc.) that look professional and polished.

Ad Creative: Generating high-converting static image ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google.

AI Integration: Using tools like Nano Banana to generate and edit high-quality visual assets. You should be comfortable with prompt engineering to get the best results.

Vector Excellence: Recreating logos into clean, high-quality vector files. Note: We utilize Vector AI tools to streamline this process and will train you on our workflow. While these tools make the job easier, you must have the skills to perform manual manipulation to ensure the final design is perfect.

Print Readiness: Ensuring all files are technically perfect for large-format printing.


Requirements:

A Creative Eye: You understand layout, typography, and color; you know how to make a design "pop."

AI Savvy: Experience using AI tools (like Nano Banana, Midjourney, etc.) and the ability to write effective prompts.

Software Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Attention to Detail: The ability to clean up AI-generated vectors to meet production standards.

Fluent English: Excellent communication skills are essential.


Job Details:

Pay: $6.00 per hour.
Hours: 4–6 hours/day (US Daytime).
Location: Remote (Philippines).
