We’re hiring a proven real estate closer to handle warm inbound seller leads and convert them into signed contracts. This role is for experienced acquisition specialists who know how to control conversations, price deals accurately, and close efficiently—without hand-holding.

What You’ll Do
Work warm inbound seller leads only (no cold calling)
Build fast rapport and lock up off-market deals at investor-friendly terms
Negotiate directly with sellers, wholesalers, and investors
Run comps, assess deal viability, and price offers confidently
Drive deals from first contact to contract and closing
Maintain deal notes, follow-ups, and pipeline discipline in the CRM
Who This Is For
3+ years in acquisitions, wholesaling, or investor sales
Documented history of closed deals (not just leads worked)
Strong negotiation skills and objection control
Comfortable talking numbers, repairs, and timelines with sellers
Fluent English with clear, professional phone presence
Self-directed, competitive, and accountable in a remote environment

Appointment setters or lead managers
Anyone who needs scripts, micromanagement, or constant supervision
Tools & Systems
CRM and dialer provided
Familiarity with PropStream, GoHighLevel, or similar tools preferred
Compensation & Upside
Hourly with uncapped commission
