Real Estate Lead Follow-Up & Qualification Specialist (Remote)
We are hiring a Real Estate Lead Follow-Up & Qualification Specialist to manage warm inbound seller leads and determine which opportunities are ready to be transferred to our Acquisition Sales Team.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, confident on the phone, and skilled at uncovering motivation, timeline, and pricing—without negotiating or closing deals. Your job is to separate real opportunities from noise and keep our closers focused on contracts.
What You’ll Do
Respond quickly to warm inbound seller leads generated through Google Pay-Per-Lead marketing
Conduct structured phone conversations to qualify sellers on motivation, price, timeline, and property condition
Ask clear, direct questions to identify real selling intent
Disqualify unmotivated or unrealistic leads to protect the acquisitions team’s time
Accurately document call notes and lead status in the CRM
Transfer fully qualified, deal-ready leads to the Acquisition Sales Team
Follow up consistently with warm prospects who are not yet ready
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in real estate lead management, inside sales, or call-based roles
Comfortable discussing property details, timelines, and seller expectations
Strong phone presence with fluent, clear English communication
Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with follow-up
Able to follow qualification frameworks and processes consistently
Experience with CRMs and real estate tools (GoHighLevel, PropStream, etc.) is a plus
This Role Is NOT
A closing or negotiation position
An acquisitions role
A commission-only sales seat
What We Offer
Fully remote position — work from anywhere
Performance-based compensation tied to qualified lead transfers
Clear systems, scripts, and expectations
Direct support from an active real estate investment team
If you’re great at conversations, follow-up, and identifying real opportunities—and want a role where your work directly drives closed deals—apply now.
