I’m hiring a TikTok Shop video editor to edit talking-head affiliate videos.

This is NOT cinematic YouTube editing and NOT Instagram reels.
This is fast, clean, high-retention TikTok Shop content.

The goal is simple:
Snappy edits, no dead space, and matching reference videos as close to 1:1 as possible.

If you haven’t edited TikTok Shop talking-head videos before, this is not a fit.

What You’ll Be Editing

Talking-head TikTok Shop affiliate videos

30 seconds to 2 minutes per video

Short-form, retention-focused

Jump cuts, subtitles, zooms, emphasis

Matching reference videos exactly (pacing, flow, style)

What “Good” Looks Like

Zero dead air

Tight, clean jump cuts

TikTok-style subtitles (not YouTube captions)

Strategic zooms and emphasis

Aggressive pacing that keeps retention high

Looks native to TikTok Shop

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Proven experience editing TikTok Shop talking-head affiliate videos

Ability to match reference videos very closely

Must provide:

Live TikTok links to videos you edited

Timeline screenshots or project files proving you edited them

Fast turnaround

Comfortable with feedback and revisions
